How to send us your photos

On Airbnb? Just send us your listing link and we'll take the photos straight from it. On Booking.com or another site, or have the originals from your phone or camera? Send them with whichever option is easiest. Originals give the sharpest results.

Write to fullybookedvisuals@gmail.com and attach your photos. One email fits about 5–10 photos, so just send several emails if you have more. Gmail turns big files into a Drive link automatically.

With WeTransfer

Go to wetransfer.com. It's free and needs no account. Add all your photos, type our email address and press Transfer. Great for 15–30 photos at once.

With a Google Drive link

Put your photos in a Google Drive or Dropbox folder, set sharing to "Anyone with the link", and email us the link.

Will my apartment look different from reality?

No. We change the light, colour and sharpness of the photo, the way a good photographer would. The room, the furniture and the view stay exactly as they are.

Do I need to take new photos?

No. We work from the photos already on your listing. If a photo is too dark or blurry to save, we tell you before you pay.

How much does it cost?

€69 for up to 15 photos, €130 for 16 to 30 photos. The video tour is free in both. More than 30 photos? Write to us.

How do I send you my photos?

By email (several emails are fine), with a free WeTransfer, or with a Google Drive link to fullybookedvisuals@gmail.com. No originals? We simply use the photos on your listing. If anything doesn't work, write to us and we'll help.

What do I get?

Your photos as 4K JPG files (3504 × 2336 pixels) and a 20–30 second video tour made from them.

Is the free sample really free?

Yes. We enhance one photo from your listing and send you the before and after. The photo is yours to keep and use, even if you don't order anything.

Can I use the photos on Booking.com or my own website?

Yes. They are your photos, so you can use them anywhere you advertise your place.

1. Introduction

1.1 This Privacy Policy describes how Fully Booked Visuals ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you visit this website, request a free sample or purchase our services (the "Services").

1.2 We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and the applicable data protection laws of the Republic of Slovenia.

2.1 The controller responsible for the processing of your personal data is Fully Booked Visuals, Slovenia.

3.1 We do not collect special categories of personal data. Payment card details are processed exclusively by our payment provider and are never received or stored by us.

5. Recipients and processors

5.1 We share personal data only with service providers acting on our behalf and under appropriate data processing terms, in particular providers of email services, website hosting and form handling, online payment processing (Stripe), and AI-assisted image and video editing.

5.2 We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

5.3 Photographs of your listing are used solely to provide the Services. They are not published as examples of our work without your prior written consent.

6. International transfers

6.1 Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers are safeguarded by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

8.1 We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), two-factor authentication on all business accounts and access restricted to what is necessary to deliver the Services.

9.1 Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; request rectification or erasure; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
